Just found your website today (a friend referred me) and I am loving the ideas to be found here!

I love GC and just had to comment…we don’t use butter for our GC. Instead, we use mayo. It spreads much easier than butter (if you don’t leave your butter out all day to stay soft…we don’t). This is how my mom made it for us kids and how I make it still. My husband eats it this way now, since that is how I prepare it and he says the mayo makes it taste creamier than with butter.
