As today is Earth Day, are you living green? Take this quiz from Kaboose to find out if you are REALLY doing what it takes to be more eco-conscious.

This was quite the eye opening quiz for me. I am embarrassed to tell you the percent I deserve! I have a lot to learn about what it really means to live “green”. Yes, I have a recycle bin, but am I using cloth napkins, unplugging plugs, or turning off the water as I brush my teeth - No.

Today is a good reminder to start Living Green. I am going to challenge myself to reduce, reuse, and recycle with the best of them. The compost pile will be brimming with our leftovers. I hope you are able to make a few more changes to live green as well.

I don’t think I want to take the quiz. I would probably be ashamed of myself! I am proud to say that our community FINALLY has recycle cans (I was SO mad when we moved here and they didn’t) and that fills up faster than our garbage each week :) (pat,pat)!
