I wish you all could join me in Chinatown too. Glad you like the recipes.

Wendy:
Agave nectar can be found in many supermarkets, usually in the baking aisle next to molasses and syrup. I've bought it recently at both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

Cheers

Hi Lisa! Is that agave nectar easy to find? Is it in the Hispanic section? I have been trying to find a homemade ginger ale recipe and can't wait to try this! :)

I saw an idea on a PBS show over the weekend that would perfectly compliment this theme. It was on the show Katie Brown's Workshop. She made pinatas from Chinese lanterns. Really clever idea, and it looked so simple too. I could not find a tutorial online, but it was from this episode: Season 4 Episode 25: Best of Kids. Enjoy.

thanks for the gluten-free recipe! Usually I have to look at those beautiful foods and just know that I won't be able to eat them, just look. I wish I could join you in Chinatown--that sounds so fun!!!
