		<description>Growing up, my mom always made a pie very similar- just add cream cheese to the mixture. And she stored it in the freezer, then pulled it out before dinner to have a few minutes to thaw partially- it doesn&#039;t need much thawing out though. I actually made it for the first time for Easter and it was as good as I remembered it.</description>

		<description>I stir 1/2 tsp. of almond extract into the pudding before I fold in the whipped cream.  Top with some chopped, toasted almonds or even some cookie crumbs and it looks and tastes like a fancy dessert with very little effort on your part.</description>

		<description>My mom made around 7 pies one Thanksgiving, and the first one to go was the last one she made---the extra pie crust she had, filled with plain ol&#039; pudding/whipped cream.  I like the graham cracker crust idea.  Yum.</description>
