Creepy Candy Halloween Houses

by Marie on October 8, 2008

We love to make these fun Candy Halloween Houses. These turned out to be the best we’ve made yet. My son really gets into it. At first glance you may not know what he’s got going on, but there’s a story behind every piece of candy with graves, boobie-traps, and a cannon. For how-to instructions and the best recipe for sticky frosting, visit last year’s post.

Have fun being haunted by these creepy candy houses!

Over the top cute! I’ve never thought to do that and my oldest is 13. Don’t you love the mind of young boy? Once my now 12 year old went into a 20 minute discussion about a flaming car he had drawn, priceless.

Love the houses my kids would love it. I have to tell you something. Todd and I needed a good laugh and we where watching funny things on you tube. I remembered the make up artist of yours when she got into the mascara. We watched it over and over again last night. We were rolling on the floor. “You look like the joker from Dark knight.” So dan cute and funny thanks for making our day.

Those actually look really delicious to me. I love candy! If I did that with my kids, I would be eating while we make them :) What a fun activity!

This is a must! LOVE IT. Pretty Girl loves to “cook”, so this will be perfect for her.

I love this! How creative! I’m going to use it during my Halloween party with my preschoolers. (Am I crazy? Can you imagine the mess?).
