Sounds delicious but I’d take little pieces! I calculated the calories and even cut into 8 smallish pieces it’s still over 500 calories each. My hubby and I are trying to watch our weight and I can accidentally eat half a pie so I figured I’d better know what I was in for if we made it. :) I know, nobody wants to know calories this time of year though!

Jeannette, A cube is a Northwestern thing! It is the same as a stick but we call it a cube up here in the Northwest – 1/2 cup butter! Cube, stick, 1/2 cup – the same thing

I got this recipe from Leigh Anne’s site and it is fabulous!!! I taught a group of 14 year old girls how to make pies and this was one of the recipes I used. They all loved it because it is so easy and tastes amazing. You really should try it.
