I bought one of these big-ass remotes for Mum at Christmas because she’s legally blind and she loves it. I also bought one for the MIL – she asked us if it was a calculator when she unwrapped it. Hee.

We have a vision center in Omaha that has these items for visually impaired people, the calculators and remotes, etc. They use them as teaching tools for the patients that they treat. Pretty neat!

I LOVE that fleece panel. I can’t get it in time for Father’s Day and I can’t imagine giving it to him in this Mississippi heat, but I am definitely going to look for it before Christmas.
