Sometimes all you need is a little tape (okay, a lot). My son needed a lid for his box, but instead found his own way to contain his stuffed blue bear.
Good thing he provided a few breathing holes.
What would your kids create with tape? Give them a whole roll and see what they might do.

Hello. I love your blog. I have only recently discovered it. I have always looked high and low for hooded towel tutorials. I posted a link to your hooded towel tutorial and put a picture of the hooded towel from your blog on my blog (so people could see how cute it was and would click over to you). I hope you like my link and you are okay with this. Please let me know if you are not, and I’ll take it down right away. Thank you so much for all your great ideas!
my kids have taped themselves to chairs.
I love the taped up box, especially the air holes. :) My one year old keeps trying to steal my big tape dispenser from my desk. I’ll have to get her a roll for her very own.
Tape is THE BEST for kids!!! It’s such cheap thrills! My sister once snagged a whole gallon-sized baggie of Scotch tape for my daughter at an estate sale. You’d have she was giving Liv a million dollars the way that kid was so excited.
Just this morning I was wrapping a baby gift and the kids stole the tape and proceeded to rip off 1 inch of a time and stick it to the coffee table. They are 3 and 1, so I got to peel it all off…must keep a better eye on the tape roll next time.
I love fun stuff with tape. My tween makes bags and wallets out of duck tape, and we used some of it during our nature walk:

only a question of time when I find my house all taped up for good reasons.
