Giveaway: Little Fairy Wings for Your Little Fairy

by Marie on February 26, 2010

This giveaway is now closed. Thanks to all who entered. Congrats to #264 Sarah A.! Have fun playing dress-up with your little fairy!

Little Fairy Wings, one of Make and Takes sponsors, is offering a fabulous giveaway today. It’s all about being a girly girl with magical fairies and flower headbands! Even if your house is already littered with every dress-up known to man, a girl can never have too many tutus!

Their items are great by themselves, but can also be paired with something more.  Or you can even do a little “make and take”, embellishing them for a completely different look.  Maybe try a large daisy flower on the middle back of the wings, or even flowers around the waist band of the tutu.

They also have all kinds of accessories, perfect for play time, giving your little girl that little something extra!

Today, your little fairy is in for a treat, as Little Fairy Wings is giving away a $50 gift certificate to one lucky princess. They have petticoats, tiaras, wands, wings, boas, tutus, everything your little princess would love to play for dress-up!

FAIRIES! although princesses come in a very close second.

If dainty push came to dainty shove i think she would go with princess over fairy, but fortunatly we do not make her choose. For Purim this weekend she is dressing up as a “pink-Aroura-butterfly-princess-fairy”

Both are winners in our house, but I think fairies would take the small edge.

Such CUTE stuff!

My little sweetheart is only 2 1/2 and doesn’t know what fairies are yet. I’m not even sure she knows exactly what a princess is, but she loves putting on her princess costume and either dancing with her brothers or letting them be “dragons” who chase her!

Oh my goodness, what a fun giveaway! I have the ultimate princess here…..that’s what happens when you are the last baby in the family born after one tomboy and then 3 boys! I am also a fan on facebook!

Reply

Our little Addison is a dancer and a dreamer. Her smile sparkles just like Tinkerbell’s fairy dust. She is the twinkle in our eyes, the magic in our days, and she is due to be born in just over a month! Can’t wait to see you, baby girl! And maybe we’ll have some wings to help you fly….

I am a facebook fan and love to share your posts with the teachers at my sons’ school.

I just have a little boy, but the girls at my daycare would love princesses or fairies! We don’t have any fairy dress up stuff in our closet however!

Thanks so much!

Two girls – one loves princesses, one loves fairies and wearing wings. Both would be lost without their tutus.

I dont think my 2 1/2 year old knows the difference. She loves them both and would probably wear the fairy wings with a tutu. I have been looking at pettiskirts for her 3yr photos in June.

Reply

32 Jenna February 26, 2010 at 7:57 am

She thinks all fairies are princesses – so fairies, but only with that understanding.

Reply

33 Judy February 26, 2010 at 8:01 am

Fairies! She uses every lost tooth as an opportunity to write notes to the tooth fairy, asking questions to learn more about her life and her world. Which reminds me, I should be keeping track of all of that information myself!

Anything girly will go for my little girl. She would probably like being a princess or a fairy.

Such cute tutu’s, wings, and crowns! A little girl really can use a wide variety of pretty dress-up attire!

I love the princess tutu and crown! So sweet!

It is tough to choose but I would say Fairy. Today she put on a Fairy Show singing about the Fairies helping with the change of seasons.

My two girls love fairies and princesses. I think princesses are a tiny bit in the lead, but they were fairies for Halloween. They are “girly girls!” They would LOVE this!

FAIRIES rule at our house. In fact they show up on occasional nights (especially when no one gets out of bed all night) and leave tiny gifts! My family in England got us started on fairies many years ago. But princesses rock too! They can be friends right?

With a wave of the wand my daughters become a wonderful mix of princess and fairy. Wings, crowns, wands, tutus – they don’t discriminate. :)

Both my little girls love princesses. My husband and I have been informed that our oldest wants to grow up to be just like Aurora. It’s so fun watching them dance around the living room pretending to be at a ball.

My daughter loves them BOTH! And, it’d be just in time since I’m planning her 3rd birthday party (she’ll be 3 and her sister will turn 1) and the theme is: FAIRIES!!

Reply

FAIRIES FAIRIES FAIRIES!!! In fact, she has always had a strong preference for fairies over princesses. I think it’s because she likes to imitate the “magic.” Her birthday this year is fairy-themed as per her request, and Little Fairy Wings accesories would be an amazing addition!!!

375 Allison February 27, 2010 at 11:01 pm

Fairies all the way … seems liek there is usually much more glitter associated with fairies and it’s all about the glitter, and then there is the fact one can wear wings….although fairy princesses are a fave as well. This porr girl has an older brother and a very un-girly girl mother and would absolutely be in heaven with some gorgeous fairy accessories!
