I eat edamame almost every day and my 6 year-old daughter loves them, too. Her twin brother? Not so much.

We love edamame! Hot or cold, lots of coarse sea salt… yum!

Handily, they’ve also made my kids ask for lima beans (since they look similar. Go figure!

Looks like boiled edamame to me – with some type of sea salt on it.

They are VERY yummy, eh?

And I’ve had them in several versions – good everytime.

My kids love edamame. I would love it more if my youngest didn’t eat them faster than I can get them out of the pod for her! ;D

Shawnie – Great idea to dip them in soy sauce, we haven’t done it yet.

Aimee – I try to have my kids eat different things to and sushi is on their list!

Arah – What a perfect healthy snack to eat while watching TV!! Much healthier than super buttery movie theater popcorn!
