So now I want a bosch; pizza stone; the cutter thingy and you to personally walk me through the steps. I can just see a repeat of my one and only attempt at pie making 30 years ago(pie crust all over the cupboards as I "practice" the pizza pie toss...only this time it wouldn't be intentional! That's just sad isn't it? We could have a pie making party; pizza and apple; Whataya say? And by the by, you really do look professional tossing the dough!

Marie, is this the same pizza you made for Ty and me back when Matt was Matty Bear (4-1/2 years ago)? I'll have to try this, it looks super yum!

Whitney - Yes, it makes 4 pizzas. It is enough for one per person. They are great for little personal pizzas.

Monica - I have been wanting to grill pizza on the BBQ, but I just haven't. That is something I will have to do this summer. Good luck with making pizza for the whole month of January.

I love homemade pizza, but hubby HATES it. I wait until he is out of town, and then make it for me and the kids. I have never been able to find a really good dough recipe so I'm going to give this a try. Hubby is usually gone the whole month of January so I'll have lots of time to get it right.

Have you ever BBQ pizza? We went to a friends for dinner last summer, and made homemade pizza cooked over an open flame in their fire pit out back. It was very different but very yummy.
