We already planned our weekend meals to include yummy Farmer’s Market tomatoes. I never liked tomatoes until I ate them fresh from the Farmer’s Market!

There is a veg stand near us and I like to go and ask for too ripe tomatoes -they are cheap!- to make salsa. And he is happy to sell them to me!

I would love to frequent our farmer’s market, but they have the hardest time for us: Wednesday late afternoon (think: cranky kids and mom trying to make dinner) and Sunday morning (church). Maybe next year when they are a bit older we will be able to try the Wednesday afternoon day. Thanks for your tips!
