My sweet mom has done so much for me throughout my life. I can’t begin to repay her for all the amazing life skills she’s taught me over the years. I’m thrilled to celebrate my lovely mom this Mother’s Day!
I have to say we spent a lot of time in the kitchen together. I owe so many of our family favorite recipes to her! From her famous chocolate fudge and homemade lollipops to her frozen yogurt cake and bread trees!
I’m collaborating with eBay for Mother’s Day, sharing a couple collections I’ve created all about my mom. Here are just a few of the items I’ve added to my collections that have been inspired by what I’ve learned from my mom in the kitchen!
- Homemade Ice Cream: My mom makes THE best homemade raspberry ice cream ever! And we get to make it every summer when they berries are fresh!
- Vacuum Sealing: I can’t tell you how many quarts of raspberries we’ve sealed over the years! My parents have an amazing raspberry patch and sealing them up and freezing them helps these delicious berries stay fresh all year. Raspberry jam anyone?!
- Popcorn Popping: There was never a movie night without popcorn growing up. I loved watching those kernels pop. Even my kids nowadays know they will get popcorn when they go to Grandma’s!
How has your mom inspired you over the years? What are some ideas you’re gifting for Mother’s Day?
