Our family loves tacos. I am going to try your recipe soon. I also plan to share it with my daughter and her college roommates that go to CSU. Those kids are constantly cooking for a large group. I think Randels recipe will fit the bill. We are in Redding CA so my daughter doesnt have far to go to come home. Chico is a beautiful college town.
