Nutter Butter Chocolate Balls

by Marie on February 15, 2008

I love all things peanut butter. And when peanut butter is joined with chocolate, watch out! So when I saw this great recipe for Nutter Butter Balls, crushed Nutter Butters with cream cheese, I had to make them. This delicious idea is from Bakerella, a fabulous baking blog with delicious things to make and eat.

Bakerella also came up with a recipe for Oreo Truffles and her most recent is a Cakescicle! I did make my balls a little smaller, just to get more of an even chocolate to peanut butter ratio. Thanks Bakerella for all the bite sized fun.

I love Bakerella also, pf balls are my fav at Christmas.
I also tweaked her cake pops recipe. I used donut holes from a coffee shop! Super simple, you don’t even have to turn on the oven.

I’ve had a lot of response from my readers on these cake pops!
