I was given one of pedd egg platinum as a gift, and absolutley love it! my feet were soooo smooth, and in no time, and without the mess. After moving, it got misplaced, and so i went onto ebay to buy another…since you can find them on their fairly cheap. I got 2 for 7.25 shipping included. Well 2 auctions later, and still no pedd eggs, i was about to give up. (Thankgod for paypal) I thought one more time….well they finally came, until i noticed they were complete fakes. First thing i noticed was how cheap the blade looked, and there were no sharp edges…flat. I received the professional, when it should’ve been the platinum, and on top of it all, the blades weren’t even stainless like advertised.(magnet doesn’t stck to stainless) Well that’s when i realized, i was scammed!! These people buy knock offs by the bundle, for 2.33 a piece and make a few bucks that add up. For whoever reads this please be careful, as i don’t want you to get scammed. This guy had a 100% feedback, and noone complained because they probaly had never owned one before to notice any difference in them. If you buy one that is dull, and a magnet sticks to the blade, it is a fake knock off. Be careful!!!!!

I love my ped egg but when I bought the refill package they all seemed dull right from the first use. I went to Walmart and bought a brand new ped egg and I am back to smooth feet. Now I will just buy a new ped egg every few months and my feet will love me forever.

My blade got dull quite quickly too, and then it really roughed up my heels. But, I love the results so much that I bought refill blades and it is back to being wonderful. I had two very deep and painful cracks in my heel that had been there several years that I could not get rid of. It took me 2 or 3 sessions with my Ped Egg and they are GONE!

I won one of these at Bunco last week. I have yet to use it. I can’t over the thought of taking a cheese grater to my feet. Eek!

Ok, it takes alot to gross me out, but, seeing the recipie below then scrolling up to the skin flakes! Hahaha! SOOOOO GROSS!!!! Maybe it’s just my preggie sickness talking! Have to say i could do with one of those eggs, don’t think they have reached New Zealand yet!

I must have the toughest feet around – I loved my Ped egg the first few times I used it and then it went dull and I have to scrape and scrape – anyone else have that problem??

The skin flakes being dumped was kind of freaky but looks like a flip flop lovers dream…….I am headed over to check it out.:)

I have the bigger version of this (Has a handle). My parents bought it for me after if worked for Dad. (long story) It is a zester/wood plane (Got my zester at a woodworking store). Just one caution. Be careful how long/much you zest your feet. I did too much and had trouble walking for several days since my feet were so tender (got entranced with the result and didn’t think or notice when I was doing it…though I probably wouldn’t have thought in the first place…)
