If you serve someone a single wing, is that considered a serving? How else could you serve 4 people two meals from the same chicken (allowing only 1 piece per person)? The second meal is a nice thought, but unless you buy a second chicken, or use the chicken to only flavor other ingredients, one chicken will never do... not when feeding my man and 2 growing children.

Julie - I love the idea of boiling the bones with rosemary. I love chicken and rosemary together too. Thanks for the idea.

Teah - I will have to check out RR's salad. I don't totally love her either, but she does have some great recipes.

Kalli - I am soooo glad you made the chicken pot pie. I hope it turned out delish. It is one of my favorites!!

Sue - I know I rock!!

Neffgang - You are totally disgusting. I am sure Steph wants to vomit when you do this. I already know that she picks at her chicken with a microscope looking for fatty pieces.

Lindsay - I am always up for a bargain. They have lots of good meals ready to go there at Costco. I have bought their Kirkland ready made pasta and salmon. Quick meals.

JustRandi - I am a huge fan of the meal that keeps on giving. I have a hard time buying up tons of food and not making it last for a few meals.

Great comments everyone. Thanks for the Rotisserie Love!

This is totally disgusting to my family, but I can't wait to eat the skin that everyone else tosses off to the side of their plates.

What a double standard! The thought of sucking the meat off a chicken foot - like they do at dim sum joints - makes me want to barf.

Eating chicken skin from a Costco roasted bird? That completely another matter.

Marie -
Ok, I love rotisserie chicken...not really plain, but IN THIS SALAD: http://www.rachaelraymag.com/recipes/30-minute-meals/millionaire-rotisserie-chicken-salad/article.html

I know - crazy long link. Don't usually like Rachel Ray, either (shoot me!), but this salad is absolutely divine.

I love to use the leftovers for chicken noodle soup too. I boil the bones, skin, etc with a sprig of rosemary to make my own stock. The spices from the skin give a really great and unique flavor. I love the taste of rosemary with chicken too.
