		<description>I made this with chicken for dinner.  We don't have a grill so I just cooked it on a frying pan.  It was so yummy.  I actually put it over rice and some steamed veggies with the extra sauce drizzled over the top.  It was super easy and very yummy.  I will be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe!</description>

		<description>I just recently discovered that I love Thai food as well, so I will definitely be trying this recipe out.  
My favorite spot to eat thai.... Pawit's Royal Thai .... it is just east of the Cottonwood Mall.  It is new and used to be Hong Kong something or other.  Give it a try if you are ever in the neighborhood.
