This is amazing! I’ve seen these made before — in fact, the dance team at my school that I am manager for ordered these for a specialty dance and I thought they were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I had to find an easy tutorial to make one for next week (it’s Homecoming Week and we have an “Neon Day” and I wanted to wear a bright pink and green tutu!) I’m guessing I can make mine for less $$$ though… (:

I discovered that an elastic-type hair band works oh-so-well. It’s super-stretchy and you can skip the measuring/sewing part.
