My favorite salad is spinach with strawberries too, because, as my brother, says it's good enough to be dessert. I can't wait to try sugaring the almonds to kick it up a notch. Yum. I love salads with fruit and nuts added. We like toasted sunflower seeds anytime we are having Caesar salad. They add a slightly different texture without being overpowering.
