1frozen banana
2tablespoonspeanut butter
2tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder
Handful of ice
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
Makes 1 large smoothie – just double or triple the ingredients to make more smoothies.
