Add honey to a small bowl and squeeze juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Add juice to the bowl and mix until honey is completely dissolved into the syrup. Set aside.

Rinse and prepare/ slice fruits and add them to a large bowl.

Drizzle the orange honey glaze over the fruit salad, toss gently to evenly coat the fruit with syrup. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Remove salad from the fridge. Give it a good toss again just before serving and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
