Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Banana Smoothie

You blend up all of the ingredients in a blender and have a delicious smoothie in minutes. Kids and adults will love this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. It is a good one!


  • 1 cup milk I used almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Handful of ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
  2. Makes 1 large smoothie – just double or triple the ingredients to make more smoothies.
