Hoisin Glazed Meatballs Recipe


  • 12 Family pack store bought meatballs
  • 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions


  1. Preheat oven to 400F/ 200C.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet/ pan with baking paper. Add meatballs to the pan leaving a bit of space between them and bake uncovered for almost 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are brown and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together all of the hoisin glaze ingredients until combined.
  4. Remove baked meatballs from the oven and allow them to cool down a bitĀ beforeĀ dipping each meatball individually (using a toothpick) in the hoisin sauce mixture.
  5. Serve with fresh sliced spring onions.
