Italian Pizza Meatball Skillet Recipe


  • 24 pre-made italian meatballs
  • 1/2-3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups jasmine rice - cooked
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 T. oil - olive oil or avocado oil


  1. Add oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs and let them warm through, browning a bit on the outside of the meatballs.
  2. Pour in pizza sauce and let it heat up and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and let it soak up a lot of that sauce, stirring. NOTE: You can add in a little extra oil here to help fry up the rice a little extra crispy if you like!

  5. Sprinkle on your cheese and let it heat up until it starts to melt.
  6. Now it's ready to serve. Yum!
