Homemade Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges

Easy-to-make potato wedges that are seasoned and baked.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Wash the potatoes and then slice into 8 wedges.

  3. Soak the potatoes in ice cold water for about 30-minutes.

  4. Completely dry the potatoes and place in a dry bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add the spices tossing to combine.

  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray (you can add parchment paper too if you like), and then bake for approximately 35-minutes turning once after about 20-minutes.

  6. Serve immediately with your favorite protein or condiments.
