Homemade Filet-O-Fish

Fish Sticks

Tartarish Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp dry mustard or dijon
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of cayenne
  • Optional chopped dill pickle

Instructions

  1. Place cheese on buns and melt in microwave or oven for a short time
  2. Cook fish sticks per direction and layer 3 across the cheesy buns
  3. Mix and apply sauce
  4. Enjoy!
