Freeze bananas before blending. If you don't have a super-powerful blender, slice your bananas before freezing for easier blending.

Add all your ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth. Taste, and make any adjustments.

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen banana, or reduce the milk a bit, maybe 1/2 cup less.

Makes about 3 cups of smoothie, which is 2 generous servings, or 3-4 smaller servings.
