If you love Mr. Darcy, want to dance at a Ball, wish you were Emma, or want to wear a dress that pushes everything up and out, then this is the book for you. My book club just finished this great book called, Austenland by Shannon Hale. My neighbor, Holly, had us all over for lots of fancy talk and a game of whist. This book made me want to travel to England and sign up to stay at the Austenland retreat myself.

I just finished reading this book as well and I too felt the desire to travel to England and live in a house where Austen’s time period was lived. I thought it was really good-I was sad when it ended cause then I had to go back to my own life :)
