Crafting for Chinese Orphans

by Marie on September 22, 2007

Craft for China is a fundraiser for orphans in China that is going on right now at Ebay. Melissa, an Etsy crafter, contacted me a few weeks ago and asked if I would be involved. She approached many Etsy artisans, crafters, and other volunteers to donate their time and products to be auctioned on eBay. 100% of the proceeds will go to a nonprofit organization called Love Without Boundaries. They help get medical, nutritional, foster, and educational care to Chinese orphans.

When I was approached for this, I jumped at the chance to help by donating. I will be donating a few of my items from my Etsy shop. A baby bib, a burp cloth set, and a little girl apron.

Tell your friends and family to hit the auction so that we can get as much money as we can donated to Craft for China.
